UK Marketing Manager – Retail – Swindon – to £40k + bonus + benefits
A UK Marketing Manager is required for a beauty retail company based in Swindon. This is a fully integrated role and offers the successful individual an unrivalled platform to practise the full communications mix from campaign and media management through to creative development and execution.

--- Responsibilities will include ---
- Devising and implementing the marketing, PR and Product and pricing strategy across the UK
- Creating detailed annual calendars and plans from idea generation to execution
- Recruiting, managing and motivating external agencies
- Accountable for ensuring that all deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Managing all brand and sales driving initiatives for all clinics, including in store promotions, competitions, local events, direct mail and advertising.
- Identifying, launching and managing new products and treatments, including ongoing analysis of sales performance
- Develop, deliver and implement CRM strategies and activities to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Managing PR activities, including events, press releases and media liaison
- Working with CEO to design and market new clinics and opening events
- Ongoing design of website
- Manage ongoing development of the ecommerce business

Key skills / traits that you will need to bring to this role include:
- Previous experience of working in a multi-site organisation, preferably retail
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing or related subject.
- Willing to undertake a significant amount of travel
