Marketing Manager – Leisure Co. - Hampshire - £35k

A Marketing Manager, ideally with experience working in the Leisure / Travel / Tourism sector is required to work for this Leisure company in developing and driving all marketing, advertising , promotional campaigns both on and offline.

He / she will work as a member of the senior management team, reporting the board of directors, and will be responsible for contributing to the strategic planning of long term marketing opportunities to drive forward company objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage a strategic marketing plan
- Developing and maintaining public relations activity
- Communicate and present marketing ideas, opportunities and achievements to date to the Directors.
- Research and evaluate new opportunities to other regions to increase awareness and customer base.
- To manage and build effective mailing databases and customer records data through RMS and identify marketing opportunities.
- To budget manage
- Lead and support with designs of materials and branding marketing activity.
- To manage the production of marketing materials from proof reading, liaising with designers, printers and communication to team.

A Digital Marketing Manager with strong SEO marketing campaign experience is required by our client based near Oxford, Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £40,000 basic plus benefits is available dependent upon experience.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and implementing the search engine optimisation strategy for the company website and increase website traffic and improve page rankings in major search engines. The position requires thorough analysis of the current website, continuously maximising SEO potential, preparing regular statistical reports using Google Analytics and keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends.

The Digital Marketing Manager must have a proven background in the SEO field particularly ‘on page optimisation’ and link building strategies as well as experience planning, executing and managing successful pay per click campaigns. This role will scope, create and then develop a strategic marketing and business development plan, aligning it with the overall strategy for the Central Region (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Cambridge, Luton, Milton Keynes and Northampton) and provide advice to the Central Region Board on marketing activity and strategy going forward. The post holder will be expected to drive and shape marketing outputs, supporting the development of best practice and encouraging joined up thinking amongst staff. This role will work as a central point of contact for the co-ordination, development and implementation of marketing and pr campaigns working with the central region.

Regular travel to and interaction with other offices in the Central region is required.
