A Regional Marketing Executive, with a commercial understanding of the property sector is required to work for this commercial property consultant company, who offer advice and services to private and public sectors. A salary of up to £35,000 is offered.

This role will scope, create and then develop a strategic marketing and business development plan, aligning it with the overall strategy for the Central Region (Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Cambridge, Luton, Milton Keynes and Northampton) and provide advice to the Central Region Board on marketing activity and strategy going forward. The post holder will be expected to drive and shape marketing outputs, supporting the development of best practice and encouraging joined up thinking amongst staff. This role will work as a central point of contact for the co-ordination, development and implementation of marketing and pr campaigns working with the central region.

Regular travel to and interaction with other offices in the Central region is required.

The successful candidate will have a proven ability in demonstrating initiative and proactively developing ideas, energising and motivating others and gaining buying in on various marketing and business development initiatives. With excellent project management skills, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in co-ordinating client facing seminars, events and managing media contributions. Strong Excel and Power Point skills are also required.
