Regional Account Manager - Property Development - Bristol - £35k

Regional Account Manager – Bristol – £35k + car allowance
An experienced Regional Account Manager is required for a well known Property Development company based in Bristol.

Responsibilities will include:
- Monthly Sales & Marketing activity
- Review past month’s creative, feedback on previous months’ site visits and make recommendation
- Present proposals for forthcoming site activities
- Take full brief on forthcoming projects or new developments and agree critical path, time line and responsibilities for projects
- Conduct site visits on a monthly basis
- Generate estimates for approval for all work as required
- Monitor competitor activity
- Deliver marketing plans tailored to each development

The successful candidate will have excellent experience in supporting Sales teams and Brand Managers and be a confident team player capable of managing their own workload. You will ideally have experience working in a similar role. Driving license is essential.
