Marketing Manager – Technology - Maidstone , Kent to £40k

Marketing Manager with knowledge of promoting technology based products is required by an IT solutions provider. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £40,000.

Duties and Responsibilities

-           Public relations with an aim of maintaining and building relationships with the publishing world to put out adverts, press releases and advertorials to promote the company.

-           Create and develop new marcoms collateral to best present the company products.

-           Prepare and manage key trade shows in the Public Safety market and identify new and more effective spend on marketing/tradeshow events

-           Creative approach to “micro-events”, i.e. full-day/half-day focused events with a captive audience of key target clients.

-           Conduct market research, both into existing markets and identifying new markets for our products

-           To undertake competitor analysis and a full SWOT analysis of these companies

-           Manage and develop the company website

Skills / Attributes Required

Proven marketing management experience

Experience of marketing in the technology sector.

A proven track record of driving and defining complex marketing strategy

Prior experience managing a marketing budget

In depth experience of negotiating with and managing third parties

Some basic Graphic design skills are preferred

Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications preferred.
