Marketing Manager – Retail – Reading - £40k

A Marketing Manager with strong Retail Marketing experience is required by our Retail client based in Reading , Berkshire . A salary of up to £40k pro rata is available dependent upon experience.

The Marketing Manager will plan and deliver the marketing strategy and work to enhance the brand value and ensure the adherence and maintenance of all marketing campaigns. You should have previous experience evaluating the success of marketing and PR campaigns and identifying possible improvements and developing strategy accordingly.

The successful candidate will have strong previous experience setting and managing marketing budgets. You will take responsibility for overseeing the management of the Marketing Communications Manager and the Marketing team as well as overall communication marketing for media buying, advertising, PR, direct mail and   online marketing.

- Previous retail industry experience

Previous experience in retail marketing or in the leisure and hotel industry would be particularly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing or join a well established and rewarding International employer based from offices near Reading .

Salary to £40k basic plus Healthcare / 10% bonus / Pension and 25 day holiday
