Marketing Manager – Online Co – Peterborough - up to £40k 
A Marketing Manager, with previous experience working in an all round marketing role, ideally for a small company, is required to work for an online business to create and implement the marketing strategy and deliver various marketing projects. This is a “hands on” role and the successful candidate will be required to work autonomously and have the resilience and flexibility in approach, to deal with constantly changing priorities.

-- Responsibilities --
- Design , implement and facilitate ongoing marketing plans for the company 
- Clearly communicate marketing plans with the rest of the company 
- Manage events, open days, communications, website 
- Plan and execute email marketing 
- Run planned PPC campaigns 
- Maintain SEO, link building and website usability 
- Oversee direct to vendor marketing 
- Advertising campaigns 
- Manage the development and content of all current progressive websites 
- Manage the marketing budget in a way that gives clear ROI on all activity 
- Manage Marketing department and suppliers 
- Manage 2 marketing professionals who work remotely.

--Requirement – 
- Ideally experience of working in a “stand alone” role or in a small marketing team. 
- All round marketing expertise in both on and offline in managing various marketing projects. 
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and to meet challenging and changing deadlines. 
- Previous experience in managing relationships with staff at all levels including senior managers.
