Marketing Manager – Horticultural Company – Coventry - up to £27,000 + benefits
A Business Development & Marketing Manager is required for an award winning horticultural company based in Coventry . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process from initial expressions of interest, through to submitting Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and a salary of up to £27,000 is offered.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Business Development Administration Service and two Business Development Administrators
- Overseeing and submitting expressions of interest and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
- The written content of method statements, management plans and supporting documentation for tenders
- Managing the market research activities of the department including analysis, interpretation and presentation of findings
- Overseeing the management and co-ordination of tender submission timetables
- Organising corporate events such as annual conferences and aware ceremonies
- The maintenance, updating and integrity of the Groups website
- Establishing, developing and issuing a company newsletter
- Actively contributing to the Business Development and Business Objectives

The Marketing Manager should have a high standard of written English, be IT literate and have experience of using Excel to an advanced level and a working knowledge of Visual Basic (desirable).
An interest in horticulture, gardening and green issues is preferable plus a First Class Honours Degree in English Language or Literature.
