Marketing Manager is required by a leading manufacturing organisation based in Bedford, Bedfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong mix of brand, product and PR experience and will receive a salary of up to £35,000 + Benefits.

In this varied role, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company’s product and marketing plans in order to maximise sales and profitability and you will have experience in the following areas:
- Proven experience of the full marketing mix (to encompass PR, Brand and Product Marketing experience).
- In depth experience and proven track record of hands on marketing / product management
- Experience of managing new product introductions
- It is desirable to have experience of working in a standalone role.

This is a ‘hands on’ Marketing Manager role encompassing product, brand and marketing comms management and an excellent opportunity to develop your career with this market leading organisation. Your duties:
- Establishing and implementing an annual marketing plan, within agreed budget levels, to ensure the company achieves its sales and profitability objectives.
- Effectively manage the company’s products that meets customer requirements and which are bought to market in the fastest possible time.
- Planning and managing the organisation's advertising and promotional activities including web site, print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
- Pricing / costing of product to ensure maximisation of profitability whilst maintaining market competitiveness.
