Marketing Director – Leisure / Hospitality - Glasgow / Scotland - £55k
A leading organisation in the leisure sector is looking for a strategic, forward thinking Marketing Director to join its Senior Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to plan and implement marketing activities in order to meet company targets for growth and profitability.
Responsibilities will include:
- Plan and implement creative marketing strategy, including advertising and PR
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff
- Manage a creative and dynamic team
- Contribute to the formulation of policy and strategy as a senior member of the management team
- Select and manage external agencies
- Protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management
- Plan and manage internal communications
Key skills / traits that you will need to bring to this role include:
- Proven experience in a similar role essential
- Experience of managing a team
- Comfortable in a senior position
- Extensive working knowledge of the marketing mix
Salary – to £55k + excellent benefits
