A Marketing Coordinator is required by an engineering firm based in Oxford for a 1 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will cover maternity and will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the marketing activities for the business.
The successful candidate will be available immediately and will have previous experience working as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Administrator or Marketing Executive and knowledge of packages such as Publisher, Photoshop and ideally some knowledge of Content Management systems.

- Knowledge of Publisher, PhotoShop

-- Duties --
- To support the Marketing Team in developing the strategic marketing plan
- Assist with formulating the annual Marketing Plan for Management Team approval within the budget constraints
- Coordinate regular Marketing Meetings
- Assist for maintaining, monitoring and reporting of the Marketing Budget, and approval of expenditure within it.
- Maintain and develop the Company Web site
