Marketing Campaigns Executive – London – Social Care – £25,000
An experienced Marketing Executive is required for a foster care company based in London. The successful candidate will have experience in the care industry and be capable of working in a stand alone marketing position.
Responsibilities will include:
- To lead the foster care recruitment and marketing activity in terms of planning campaigns and innovative marketing strategies
- To recruit and screen potential foster carers as required by the organisational need
- To lead the marketing plan for commissioned partners
- To develop website and manage content
- To implement and maintain spreadsheets and keep accurate records of applicants and outcomes, as well as marketing planning and outcomes
- To participate in regular supervision sessions and annual appraisals
- To occasionally work away from office base, to recruit foster carers in different regions

Key skills / traits that you will need to bring to this role include:
- Experience of managing marketing campaigns
- Innovative and creative ideas for marking and recruitment of foster carers
- Able to keep up to date with Legislation and current child care best practice
- Common sense, sensitivity and empathy with people from different backgrounds
- Non-judgemental and ethical approach to case management
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients and customers
- Ability to do occasional travel
