Market Research Manager – FMCG - Wimbledon -   to £35k + bonus
A Market Research Manager is required for a market leading FMCG company based in Wimbledon. The successful candidate will have excellent experience gained agency side in a Market Research role and be looking for the next challenge.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the development and implementation of the Research Strategy, supporting Customer and Market insight across the Business
- Manage the research plan, supporting the marketing department objectives
- Proactively establish new insights, adding value and supporting new research requests from the Business where required
- Manage relationships with research agencies and data suppliers, controlling costs, and ensuring initiatives are within timescales and budget
- Drive Customer Insight, developing new information supporting for example:
o Customer Segmentation, understanding prospect and Customer needs, motivations, preferences and opinions;
o Customer Satisfaction, understanding key driver of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, highlighting key areas for action across the business and working closely with all departments to monitor improvements and track results.
Key skills / traits that you will need to bring to this role include:
- Proven experience working within a market research agency
- PC literate, with good statistical and analytical skills
- Ability to work and communicate effectively across all areas of the Business
- Proactive approach
- Educated to degree level
- Related Professional Qualification/s preferable
Salary – £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
