Digital Marketing Executive – up to £30k – Bury St Edmunds / Suffolk

My client requires an excellent Digital Marketing Executive to lead the delivery of their web marketing plan. You must have a complete understanding of all relevant online principles and systems and have extensive knowledge and experience of blogging and social media sites.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop the online marketing plan including email, PPC, Natural search, partnerships booking process and website
- Day to day website development, content updates and maintenance
- Ongoing management of ppc, split testing and continued manipulation to improve SEO
- Aid the implementation of a CRM program
- Implement and manage market testing to ensure constant improvement and suggest new marketing channels
- Manage external agencies ensuring buying is competitive and best practice is adhered to
- Enhance the effectiveness of key customer communications through blogging and social media sites

Skills / Attributes Required
- Qualification in Marketing essential (CIM desirable)
- Extensive experience in online marketing – within the leisure and tourism sector preferred
- Technical systems knowledge a distinct advantage
- Use of Google reporting systems
- Full understanding of email marketing, search engine marketing, affiliation, ppc management and the core principles of direct marketing
- Complete understanding of all relevant online principles and systems
- Good understanding of customer profile, product and competitors
- Brand and commercial awareness
