Database Marketing Manager – CRM - to £35k – Watford
Database Marketing Manager is required by an expanding business solutions provider based in Watford . Candidates can expect a salary of up to £35,000.
--- Duties / Responsibilities ---
- Develop the ongoing use of current Sales CRM System (SalesLogix) across the organisation, interacting with sales teams, managers and the Board of Directors.
- Maintain the CRM database, hygiene, imports, suppressions, merges etc
- Develop custom queries for sales managers, management team, marketing
- Manage user profiles, territory realignments and regional changes.
- Create email and document templates
- Train new starters on the CRM System and monitor sales managers and sales personnel usage
- Develop, manage and deliver full reporting and analysis from the CRM system to the Sales Director and other senior managers as requested.
- Develop, administer and report on marketing programmes
- Ensure that the CRM system always meets the changing needs of the business
- In conjunction with the Marketing Executive, develop an e-marketing strategy to deliver against such a target.

- Candidates should have strong knowledge of data manipulation
- Candidates should have strong inter-personal skills and be comfortable providing user training
- Report writing skills
